The CERTFORCHILE Forest Certification Scheme as described in the downloadable documents below has been re-endorsed by the PEFC Council as meeting the PEFC Council requirements for forest certification schemes for a further period of five years.
The endorsement decision was made by the PEFC Council members on 1 May 2009 based on the assessment of the CERTFORCHILE Forest Certification Scheme carried out by Indufor Oy, an independent consultant. The assessment report can be downloaded below.
The revised Certfor Chile chain of custody rules were endorsed by the PEFC Council on 27 October 2005. The CERTFOR chain of custody standard is fully compatible with the PEFC International CoC standard, PEFC TD, Annex 4.
