The "Partnership on development of PEFC forest certification" and the "Russian National Council of Forestry Certification" have submitted the Russian National Forest Certification System PEFC-FCR for the PEFC endorsement.
The PEFC Council has appointed Poyry Forest Industry Consulting, an ndependent assessor, to assess the Russian National Forest Certification System against the PEFC Council requirements.
