The PEFC Council has published the second draft of the international C-o-C standard and invites all interested individuals and organisations to send their comments.
The second draft includes changes which were made based on comments to the first draft received by the PEFC Council and the discussion at the PEFC Chain of Custody and Labelling working group meeting and at the PEFC National Secretaries meeting, both held in May 2004.
Comments to the 2nd draft can be submitted to the PEFC Council by 15 July 2004.
