Auditor training
Experienced auditors, reviewers, and certification decision makers are invited to register for an in-person PEFC recognised chain of custody refresher training on 16-17 October 2024. Following the publication of the PEFC EUDR DDS module standard, this training will include the PEFC EUDR DDS.
This refresher training is designed for qualified PEFC auditors, reviewers or certification decision makers who wish to maintain their qualification to issue certification against the 2020 PEFC chain of custody related standards, as required by PEFC ST 2003.

The details
This two-day training takes place on 16 and 17 October 2024 at Hotel Esperanto in Fulda, Hesse, Germany.
This training will cover the latest PEFC chain of custody updates according to Chain of Custody Guidance for Use, PEFC GD 2001 as well as the PEFC EUDR Due Diligence System, PEFC ST 2002-1:2024.
The training will equip auditors with the knowledge they need to help companies transition to the new DDS module standard, which is a pathway to EUDR alignment.
Before the training, participants are expected to read the related PEFC standards. Participants will also be provided with case studies in advance of the training and will need to provide their answers to the trainers.
The training will be given by PEFC International Technical Experts Rob Shaw, Linda Matole and Ambra Scodro and will be held in English.
The participation fee is 500 EUR, which includes day conference package, and access to the Knowledge Test.
